Hit By a Car

Barney was rushed into the veterinary hospital after being hit by a car. Barney was very critically injured, having difficulty breathing, staying responsive and being mobile. Barney was quickly placed on intravenous fluids, given pain and antiinflammatory medication and was supplied with oxygen. Once stable, chest and abdominal radiographs were taken only to find that luckily Barney had not fractured any bones. Barney was nursed to health over the next few days and was able to return home to his family.
